Upstaff Employment Services seeks a Programmer Analyst II for SNB Health Applications. You will support the Provincial Health Application Services team maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing CSDS. The work combines Oracle PL/SQL, Java, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS across enterprise healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the Client Service Delivery System
- Resolve application incidents, production issues, errors, and service requests
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures
- Maintain Java components and Linux batch jobs
- Support releases, testing, documentation, and application deployments

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of demonstrated IM/IT experience
- Minimum 10 years as a Senior Programmer Analyst
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Five years with provincial healthcare applications preferred
