Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and document repair concerns accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician workflow
- Manage repair orders in the dealership management system
- Source parts using OEM electronic catalogues
- Communicate repair status, delays, and completed work

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Robust mechanical aptitude and communication abilities
- Effective sales, organization, and time management skills
- Dealer Management System experience preferred
