Verve Senior Living seeks a Director of Building Services for a modern retirement residence. You will oversee maintenance, building systems, housekeeping, and laundry operations. The position requires management experience, knowledge of regulated environments, and strong organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
- Maintain preventative maintenance and asset management programs
- Manage departmental budgets, inventories, schedules, and vendors




- Conduct audits, training, recruitment, and performance reviews

Requirements:

- Building Operators Certificate or recognized Ontario skilled trade
- Minimum five years management experience in relevant operations
- Knowledge of Ontario Fire Code, Building Code, and TSSA
- Strong computer, organizational, leadership, and crisis management skills
- Proficient English and resident-focused professional approach
