Mainland Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Lead Hand - Excavation & Shoring to supervise daily crew activities on civil site projects in the Lower Mainland. You will work with the Foreman to plan work, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a Lead Hand role in excavation/shoring, ability to review plans, robust communication with clients and inspectors, and a valid Class 5 license. Local candidates preferred.
