Lead fleet maintenance and safety across Dease Lake and the Southern Golden Triangle region on a full time two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.

TNDC seeks a Regional Fleet Supervisor to oversee the Dease Lake Fleet Shop, warehouse, and support at Eskay and Galore mines. This supervisory role requires fleet maintenance expertise, WorkSafe BC and BC Mines Act knowledge, and experience managing mechanics, contractors, and site operations. You will coordinate repairs, align maintenance with production schedules, and support reliability and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Dease Lake Fleet Shop operations and maintenance quality
- Lead safety meetings and enforce site-specific requirements
- Coordinate mechanics, contractors, repairs, and work orders
- Conduct site visits, inspections,



and preventive maintenance reviews
- Track equipment availability, costs, and repair status

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in fleet, maintenance, or asset management
- Supervisory experience managing mechanics and mixed teams
- Knowledge of WorkSafe BC, BC Mines Act, and equipment safety
- Fleet maintenance, procurement, and management system proficiency
- Class 5 license and frequent site travel availability
