Lead investment data analysis remotely for BMO Global Asset Management, using advanced SQL, Python, and stakeholder engagement across delivery.

As an experienced Lead Data Business Analyst, you will support BMO GAM’s Investment Solutions and Delivery team. You will gather requirements, document investment data, analyze complex datasets, coordinate testing, and support implementation. The work connects portfolio management, operations, risk, compliance, sales, technology, and vendors. Your analysis enables accurate, timely, fact-based investment and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements sessions with investment and technology stakeholders
- Document business processes, mappings, lineage, rules, and dependencies
- Analyze and reconcile investment data using SQL and Python




- Plan UAT, validate outputs, and manage defects
- Support deployment, reporting, dashboards, and post-implementation validation

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of relevant business or data analysis experience
- Investment data and asset management operations knowledge
- Advanced SQL and working Python skills
- Experience with UAT, data validation, and production delivery
- Power BI, Snowflake, and cloud data platform experience
