As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will guide technical delivery for government and private sector clients. The scope includes ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, EAM, SPM, EA, ITAM, WSD, integrations, automation, security, and governance. You will translate priorities into scalable platform designs and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own architecture from discovery through implementation and support transition
- Design workflows, data models, integrations, and platform capabilities
- Guide CMDB and CSDM governance, data quality, and adoption
- Lead reviews, resolve challenges, and manage delivery risks




- Advise stakeholders through workshops, roadmaps, and technical presentations

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential
- Enterprise architecture and complex implementation leadership experience
- Robust development, integration, automation, security, and governance knowledge
- Canadian residence, work eligibility, and federal clearance eligibility
