Arnot Health seeks Licensed Practical Nurses for a structured inpatient setting within its Behavioral Science Unit. Under RN supervision, you will assist with medication administration, treatment, monitoring, documentation, and therapeutic interventions. The position requires patient-centered communication and careful observation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
- Assist with medication administration and treatment
- Monitor and document patient status and behavior
- Support therapeutic interventions in structured inpatient care
- Maintain a safe, respectful, supportive setting

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Current NYS LPN license or eligibility
- Obtain BLS certification within 90 days
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients
