Lead Accident Perks claims operations at CGIC as a Technical Claims Supervisor, using insurance expertise and coaching skills in a hybrid model.

This temporary full-time, 12-month position manages unit operations and supports claims objectives. You will guide decisions involving policy interpretation, assessment, negotiation, settlement, reserves, and payments. The role also emphasizes client service, employee engagement, resource planning, expense control, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in claims, insurance, or related fields
- Post-secondary degree or related discipline
- FCIP or CIP designation, completed or in progress
- Experience coaching, developing, recruiting, and leading others
- Comprehensive insurance policies and claims practices knowledge
