This 12 month Construction Technologist L1 assignment includes potential extension and site visits throughout the Northern Interior. You will support construction activities through estimating, scheduling, procurement documentation, progress tracking, and field coordination. The work requires knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines, plus related standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, schedules, and bid documents
- Research costs, productivity rates, risks, markups, and scheduling impacts
- Coordinate project activities and advise managers about work plan changes
- Review drawings, specifications,



reports, submissions, and contractor calculations
- Provide technical coordination to field crews and project resources

Requirements:

- Technology diploma, construction-related degree, or related trades qualification
- Five years of construction or project management experience
- Valid class five driver's license and personal vehicle
- Knowledge of one primary and another related technical discipline
- Knowledge of applicable standards and codes
