A&M;’s Global Transaction Advisory Group seeks a Senior Associate with audit and financial accounting due diligence experience. You will support private equity, hedge fund, and corporate clients through buy-side and sell-side engagements. The work spans quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, forecasts, and key business drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with core financial due diligence and identify transaction risks
- Analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational data
- Assess reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows




- Prepare deal-oriented reports and presentations for clients
- Participate in management meetings and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

- Two to four years of audit and financial accounting due diligence
- At least one year of financial due diligence experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related major
- CPA or CA designation, or currently obtaining one
- Working knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP, and SEC reporting
