Apply pension administration expertise and analytical skills as a Calculations Specialist supporting event processing for accurate, timely benefit calculations.

This specialist position provides technical calculation support within a multi-functional Pension Services team. You will review and process retirement, termination, family law, death, buyback, and transfer events. The work requires pension administration knowledge, mathematical ability, and frequent coordination with Operations Support and Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process cases using QAM calculation controls
- Validate benefit calculations and correct identified errors
- Escalate processing issues within established SLA timeframes
- Share event-processing updates, workarounds, and process changes




- Maintain calculation procedures and update iKNOW information

Requirements:

- University degree or Community College diploma, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of progressive pension industry experience
- Two to three years at pension advantages specialist level
- Knowledge of pension administration and governing legislation
- Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and time management skills
