Provide safe medication preparation at Hawkesbury District and General Hospital in Hawkesbury, Ontario, using clinical pharmacy expertise and pharmacotherapy monitoring.

This permanent full time Registered Pharmacist position supports in-patient units and select outpatient areas. You will contribute to medication distribution, drug therapy optimization, and patient treatment outcomes. The work includes day shifts, weekends, and rotating on-call schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient units
- Review physician orders and maintain computerized medication profiles
- Prepare IV admixtures and chemotherapy medications
- Verify prescriptions in EPIC during CPOE transition
- Develop care programs, protocols, and treatment guides

Requirements:

- Pharmacy degree or OCP-recognized equivalent training and experience
- Registration as a Pharmacist with OCP in Ontario
- Working knowledge of hospital care and drug therapy optimization
- Hospital residency or two years of hospital practice preferred
- Working knowledge of both official languages
