Position Purpose

This role supports Contractor Services and Pro through recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and accounting‑related activities. It has a structured operating cadence and suits someone who enjoys detailed, hands‑on financial work while delivering useful insight to business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Support monthly forecasting, budget preparation, planning cycles, variance analysis, and recurring reporting.
- Prepare financial analysis and forecasts and explain key results, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Complete journal-entry and accounting‑related responsibilities while maintaining records under general accounting principles.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of financial reports and source information.
- Develop reports that improve visibility, proactive problem solving, and management decisions.
- Coordinate with Finance teams and business partners on studies, forecast outlooks, and planning deliverables.
- Identify process and reporting improvements and assist with special projects or ad hoc assignments.
- Balance recurring deliverables with responsive analytical support and produce high-quality work on time.
