Lead Canadian retail settlements at Sunoco LP through EFT processing, reconciliation, and precise team supervision within Order to Cash. The role is based in Canada.

Reporting to the Settlements Manager, the Settlement Supervisor oversees daily Canadian Retail Settlement Team operations. You will align priorities with Finance Shared Services objectives while managing transaction processing, compliance, issue resolution, and performance. The role requires JDE AR knowledge, reconciliation experience, and solid Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily EFT processing and month-end reconciliation activities
- Monitor accuracy, timeliness, service levels, and policy adherence
- Lead weekly huddles covering metrics, aging balances, and escalations
- Drive quarterly process improvements, automation,



and workflow updates
- Coach team members through mentoring, cross-training, and monthly one-to-ones

Requirements:

- Five years’ accounting, collections, or reconciliation experience
- Three years’ supervisory experience with mentorship and performance reviews
- JDE AR module knowledge and related manuals
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Post-secondary Business or Accounting program completion
