Modernize Finance operations at HR Path Group through SAP expertise, process improvement, and automation initiatives supporting North America.

Reporting to the CFO, this experienced accounting professional helps evolve HR Path’s Finance function across North America. The role combines hands-on accounting knowledge with systems expertise, process improvement, and automation. You will support close activities, resolve complex accounting matters, and develop scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Resolve complex accounting matters and reconciliations
- Lead Finance process simplification and standardization initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities reducing manual work
- Improve data flows across Finance and reporting systems

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Transformation
- Strong accounting knowledge and financial close experience
- Solid SAP experience required
- Experience improving accounting and Finance processes
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
