Foodtastic is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to partner with Managers and Franchisees across BC, AB and SK to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and enforce brand standards. The ROM will lead audits, drive financial and performance metrics, and coach teams to close gaps while supporting new restaurant openings.
The role requires 5 years in a multi-unit franchise restaurant, MAPAQ certification, robust leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
