Lead Gallagher’s Pointe West branch through client solutions leadership, operational oversight, and team development in a client-focused insurance environment.
Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will manage branch performance and daily operations. You will coach Client Solutions Managers, support employee development, and help achieve service, financial, and business goals. The position also supports client retention, acquisition, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily Pointe West branch operations and performance objectives
- Coach Client Solutions Managers through development and succession planning
- Oversee workflow, staffing, scheduling, licensing, and service delivery
- Monitor metrics and improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support retention, referrals, cross-selling, and new business development
Requirements:
- Minimum five years operational experience, preferably Personal Lines insurance
- Leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
- CAIB Level IV or ICM Level 3 and/or CIP
- Level 3 Manitoba insurance license and applicable certifications
- Robust communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
