As Regional Manager, you will guide field leadership, retail partners, client stakeholders, and internal teams. You will manage training, reporting, communication, and continuous improvement across the territory.

- Direct, support, and hold District Managers accountable
- Oversee merchandising, brand ambassador, and field services
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop field managers

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three or more years of management experience
- Retail, merchandising, training, or field marketing experience
- Home office with broadband Internet connectivity required
