Lead die casting operations hands-on as a Production Supervisor, guiding shift teams across foundry, CNC machining, assembly, and automated equipment.

This supervisor leads a shift through plant start-up and ramp-up. The work emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and team development. You will troubleshoot machines and robots, coordinate daily production, and help establish standards, routines, and culture in a new plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead safe, organized, disciplined shift operations
- Coordinate work across die casting, foundry, CNC machining, and assembly
- Track output, OEE, scrap, rework, and downtime
- Troubleshoot machines, robots, and process interruptions
- Coach team members through training and equipment operation

Requirements:

- 5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience
- Substantial hands-on high-pressure die casting experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Industrial robotics programming, teaching, and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
