The Health Service Administrator provides leadership for programs and services across an assigned site or health service delivery area. This senior role supports quality patient, client, and resident care while advancing Northern Health and HSDA Business Plan objectives. Collaboration with the HSDA Senior Management Team is central to implementing strategic priorities.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline

- Budget, finance, and continuous quality improvement knowledge
