Carewest in Calgary is seeking a Nurse Team Lead to provide professional nursing leadership, assess and treat residents, and guide an interdisciplinary care team within a complex mental health program.

You will coordinate daily operations, support residents and families, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement toward secure, person-centered care, in a non-union setting at Bridgeland Riverside Care Centre.
