As a Field Work Planner, you will coordinate planning and scheduling for the Canada Gas Maintenance Program. The work includes monthly plans, weekly updates, resource coordination, and communication with field teams and management. You will use automated tools and SAP to support maintenance execution and information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, publish, and communicate regional maintenance work plans
- Build major activity plans and elevate them for review
- Update published work plans weekly and monitor execution
- Schedule weekly assignments using plans and SAP backlog
- Maintain technician availability and compliance schedules
Requirements:
- Technical school graduation or associate degree
- Three or more years of related experience
- Pipeline operations, project management, or planning experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and CMMS systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
