Pacific Cove Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager for Fig, a new rental community in Riley Park. You will lead the on-site team, oversee building operations, and build positive resident relationships. The position supports move-ins, tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the on-site team and coordinate daily responsibilities
- Address resident questions, concerns, and disputes professionally
- Oversee maintenance requests, inspections, staff, and contractors
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers




- Manage rent collection, deposits, records, and documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ residential property management experience
- Strong understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Experience with building operations and tenancy administration
