Reporting to a Disease Area Director, this Medical Education Lead serves the Haematology, Nephrology, Transplant division. The position connects healthcare skilled needs with therapeutic-area and business priorities. It delivers compliant, outcome-focused education through cross-functional collaboration, external partnerships, and innovative learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify physician education needs and address KAB gaps
- Set Disease Area education strategy and learning journeys
- Develop and deliver strategically aligned education programs
- Implement digital solutions, AI,



and novel formats
- Manage vendors against compliance guidelines and Alexion standards

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably in sciences
- CCPE CPD certification or certification eligibility
- Understanding of medical education practices and guidelines
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Canadian accrediting bodies and options
