As Manager, Mortgage Finance, you will support Treasury’s mortgage banking operations at IGM Financial. The team executes financial and risk management transactions, manages mortgage capital market investments, and supports related departments through training. Your work will contribute to liquidity and risk management across established securitization programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investments within securitization programs
- Execute and value mortgage sale and financing transactions
- Analyze and execute interest rate derivative transactions
- Prepare mortgage operations financial forecasts
- Maintain valuation system records and risk reporting
Requirements:
- Four to seven years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate finance designation or graduate business degree preferred
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong valuation, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
