Hi-Beam Group seeks a CPA with seven years of progressive accounting experience. You will oversee accounting across Hi-Beam Contractors Ltd. and real estate development companies. The work includes multi-entity accounting, project costing, reporting, payroll, lender coordination, and CRA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly closing and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Prepare management P&L;, balance sheet, and cash reporting
- Own job costing and budget-to-actual reviews
- Oversee progress billing, holdbacks, collections, and payables
- Prepare WIP schedules and construction loan draw packages

Requirements:

- CPA designation and seven years of progressive accounting experience
- Construction or real estate development accounting experience
- Experience with job costing, progress billing, or WIP
- Payroll, GST/HST, and PST filing experience
- Direct CRA correspondence, review, or audit experience
