This Associate, Valuations role supports privately held and publicly listed businesses across industries. You will develop valuation expertise through financial analysis, transaction research, scenario modelling, and report preparation. The position supports progress toward CPA and/or Chartered Business Valuator designations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support valuations for financial reporting, tax, and litigation purposes
- Analyze statements, projections, forecasts, and operational information
- Research industries, economies, markets, and transactions
- Prepare defensible valuation reports and client presentations
- Collaborate with advisory, tax, assurance, and valuation teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, accounting, finance, or economics
- Up to three years of relevant professional experience
- Financial modelling experience preferred
- Robust analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
