Insight Global seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a Commercial Banking initiative. The role bridges business and technology teams across legacy modernization and new application builds. Robust KYC/AML knowledge, Jira experience, and technical documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and validate business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Define current-state and future-state processes and gaps
- Develop and execute test cases for requirements
- Support UAT, validation, sign-off, and defect management

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong KYC/AML and banking domain knowledge
- Commercial Banking experience
- Understanding of SDLC through implementation
- Strong Jira, traceability, UAT, and testing experience
