As Director of Operations, you will lead the Healthcare Security vertical and manage Client Services Managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Client Services Managers and frontline staff
- Manage Vancouver Coastal Health client relationships and portfolio needs
- Pursue business opportunities, pipelines, negotiations, and renewals




- Implement operational strategies, KPIs, and transition plans
- Monitor healthcare security trends, threats, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Seven years managing operational teams or settings
- Three years in healthcare security or healthcare portfolios
- CHPA designation attained or in progress
- Knowledge of British Columbia healthcare security legislation
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
