As Director of Communications, you will build and run Waabi’s earned media and executive communications function. You will position Physical AI for logistics, technology, and business audiences. The work includes partnering with Marketing and IR on leadership visibility, thought leadership, and blog content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own reporter and editor relationships across priority media sectors
- Pitch, place, and manage accurate Waabi coverage
- Draft executive communications, talking points, and speaking materials
- Craft blog posts and thought leadership content
- Manage agency performance and daily communications work

Requirements:

- 10+ years in communications, PR, or media relations
- Track record securing technology, business, or logistics coverage
- Ability to explain technical work accurately and compellingly
- Experience supporting executive communications and media training
- Excellent writing and message discipline
