As a Senior Software Developer on the DevX team, you will build and operate core developer infrastructure. Your work spans Bazel monorepo builds, remote build execution, CI pipelines, and developer environments. The goal is faster, safer, and more reliable development workflows across Robinhood.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel
- Own the remote build execution cluster
- Scale CI pipelines across thousands of daily builds
- Improve developer onboarding and time-to-first-commit
- Maintain remote development environments for engineering workflows

Requirements:

- Experience building developer infrastructure or large-scale build systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines or Bazel
- Proficiency writing maintainable Go or Python code
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems
- Understanding of containers and Kubernetes orchestration
