This Property Manager oversees commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties while serving as the primary liaison for tenants, contractors, service providers, and ownership. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily property operations for productive, cost-effective performance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive property management experience
- Post-secondary education in property management, business, real estate, or related fields
- Working knowledge of building operations, leases, budgeting, and contracts
- Microsoft Office proficiency with intermediate spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel between properties
