The Care Company seeks an Overnight Field Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, care planning, and real-time guidance. You will assess clients, coach field staff, and maintain quality assurance across community services. This full time position works awake overnight shifts Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overnight care for pediatric and geriatric community clients
- Visit homes, assess care, and update individualized care plans
- Train, coach, and mentor field staff in complex care
- Provide real-time clinical guidance and complete nursing interventions




- Audit documentation, monitor compliance, and prepare clinical reports

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse certification and CNO registration in good standing
- Minimum four years nursing experience, including two complex pediatric years
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilators, suctioning, and tube feeding
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with overnight GTA driving
- Current CPR, First Aid, WHMIS, TB test, and criminal record check
