As IT Director, you will own Cressey’s technology stack and set department direction while remaining hands-on. You will guide a lean team of five, manage external partners, and support development, construction, property management, sales and marketing, and finance. The work includes applications, integrations, security, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Yardi strategy, configuration, roadmap, and improvement
- Oversee infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, backups, and recovery
- Lead projects from requirements through deployment and optimization
- Manage integrations, data flows, documentation, and security




- Coach five IT professionals and external support partners

- Proficiency implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications
