Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leaders with organizational capability and workforce planning
- Develop and evaluate human capital and organizational development strategies
- Provide expertise across the employee experience
- Partner on performance, talent assessment, and succession planning
- Guide risk mitigation, compliance, and policy expectations
Requirements:
- Ability to partner with HR Consultants and clients
- Expertise across recruitment, development, and employee relations
- Knowledge of compensation, payroll administration, culture, and wellness
- Ability to tailor strategies for diverse organizational needs
- Capacity to work remotely and in office as needed
