Craft internal communications for Vancity through strong writing, editing, and multimedia content creation in a hybrid, full-time permanent role. Support employees, events, and projects at Vancity head office while attending onsite business demands.

As a Communications Specialist on the Enterprise Communications Team, you will create transparent content that keeps employees informed, aligned, and connected to Vancity’s mission. Your work will include announcements, stories, newsletters, FAQs, presentations, graphics, images, and video. You will also support external communications when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and produce announcements, stories, newsletters, FAQs, and presentations
- Create graphics, images, and video for communications content




- Support internal enterprise projects and communication plans
- Maintain accurate content across internal digital channels
- Track analytics and coordinate communications events and rollouts

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in communications or a related field
- Approximately two to three years of communications experience
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience with internal channels and multimedia content
- Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
