Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a MHSU Access & Crisis Response Counsellor in Victoria, BC. The role focuses on triage, immediate support, risk assessment, and rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include harm reduction, short-term psychotherapy, and exploration of community resources to meet client needs. Travel between sites may be required; valid BC Driver's License is expected.
