Keep RONA’s Regional Distribution Center equipment operating through mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive repairs on the Monday-to-Friday day shift. Your work supports reliable distribution operations.

As a Facilities Millwright, you will analyze equipment problems, complete repairs, and coordinate facility work with the Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, and contractors. The position involves hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical drives, materials handling equipment, and building systems. You will also support safety, documentation, scheduled maintenance, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair equipment breakdowns affecting distribution center operations
- Complete preventive maintenance according to scheduled due dates
- Coordinate construction and facility repair work with contractors




- Prepare records supporting communication and maintenance planning
- Perform snow removal, landscaping, and general facility repairs

Requirements:

- Industrial Mechanic or Millwright qualification or significant experience
- Mechanical maintenance, repair, and inspection experience
- Working experience with mechanical drives
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Analytical troubleshooting and effective communication skills
