This six-month contract supports enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives. The hands-on senior engineer administers Linux environments, develops automation, and supports large-scale migrations. Work spans RHEL, Bash or KSH scripting, Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, Azure, and CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer enterprise Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
- Develop Ansible playbooks for provisioning and patching
- Support VMware ESXi to Nutanix AHV migrations
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements:

- Eight to ten or more years of Linux engineering experience
- Expert-level RHEL administration skills
- Robust Ansible and Bash or KSH scripting experience
- Enterprise patching and lifecycle management experience
- Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD tools
