The Operations Supervisor supports the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture. You will manage day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers, ensuring proper handling, routing, recovery, and compliant administrative processes. The position directs work activities and supports mentoring, coaching, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day station sort operations
- Direct assigned Cargo Handlers and work activities
- Lead package handling, routing, and recovery
- Mentor, coach, and train employees
- Ensure administrative processes follow policies and regulations
Requirements:
- College degree
- Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
- Or two years related-industry supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
- Ability to complete required training and maintain DG certification
