This finance skilled analyzes results, monitors headcount and support function costs, and coordinates month-end reporting. The position works with Finance, HR, Accounting, and operational stakeholders. It contributes to budgeting, forecasting, data integrity, variance explanations, and executive business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support budget, forecast, and rolling forecast processes
- Analyze monthly results against budget and forecast
- Monitor headcount, personnel costs, hires, and departures
- Coordinate month-end closing, accruals,



and variance analysis
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Three to five years of relevant finance experience
- Strong financial statement and planning knowledge
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and SAP experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
