At TMX, this critical position oversees projects and initiatives for designated groups within Global Technology Solutions. You will bridge requirements and technical implementation while managing delivery across complex environments. The work includes executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, budget oversight, and governance across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own initiative delivery from intake through final close-out
- Maintain integrated roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Manage risks, impediments, scope, changes, budgets, and resources




- Coordinate execution teams and communicate with executive sponsors
- Lead retrospectives and improve delivery processes and frameworks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Seven-plus years managing projects, programs, or technical delivery
- Experience delivering multi-year, multi-team projects exceeding $2 million
- Direct SaaS initiative experience with major enterprise platforms
- Mandatory PMP certification and advanced project tool expertise
