As Automotive General Manager, you will direct Department Managers and support Senior Management objectives. The position requires knowledge of variable sales, finance and insurance, service, parts, profit and loss statements, budgeting, and margin management. You will also oversee training, compliance, financial coordination, and operational accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and mentor Department Managers across dealership operations
- Implement strategies meeting monthly budgets and departmental objectives
- Coordinate issues and financial statements with Ontario senior leaders
- Ensure staff receive proper training, supervision,

- Implement manufacturer and government training compliance programs

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of progressive automotive management experience
- Comprehensive variable and fixed operations understanding

- Understanding of automotive regulations and manufacturer compliance standards
