Boyd Autobody & Glass seeks a Process Trainer skilled in audits, coaching, and business controls across Western Canada locations.

This Process Trainer monitors internal processes and conducts audits across assigned regional markets. You will review repair-facility performance, coach teams, and report findings to leadership. The position supports WOW Operating Way training, administrative procedures, and DRP billing compliance.

Responsabilités clés:

- Monitor processes and conduct internal business-control audits
- Train personnel on Boyd’s WOW Operating Way
- Coach managers on accounts receivable and payable controls
- Prepare KPI audits and present findings to leadership
- Support file-closing and DRP billing compliance

Exigences:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- At least two years in collision repair or similar experience
- Knowledge of MIS, DOMO, and Boyd/Assured University Training
- Understanding of insurance Direct Repair Programs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
