This experienced Systems Engineer joins a People & Culture Technology team supporting a global enterprise Workday platform. You will translate complex business needs into maintainable technical capabilities. The work spans configuration, security, calculated fields, reporting, integrations, releases, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure scalable Workday HCM solutions
- Build business processes, condition rules, and workflow routings
- Maintain domain and business process security policies
- Develop advanced reports and complex calculated fields
- Investigate configuration defects and integration exceptions
Requirements:
- Four to eight years supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
- Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
- Knowledge of business processes, reporting, security, and tenant configuration
- Understanding of APIs, data movement, and integration architectures
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
