Key Responsibilities:
- Build and launch Amazon Connect solutions for customers
- Lead discovery, ROI development, presentations, and delivery estimates
- Translate customer requirements into contact center designs
- Mentor technical teams through solution delivery
- Deliver training and documentation to customer end users
Requirements:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Advanced AWS services and cloud architecture knowledge
- Experience with APIs, WebRTC, SIP, and scripting
- Knowledge of CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, and contact flows
- Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity
