The Director supports Integrated Acute & Episodic Care Network priorities through service standardization, clinical process development, and implementation leadership. This permanent full time management position oversees strategic initiatives, performance reporting, transformation support, and operational functions. Collaboration with system partners and stakeholders is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, development, and standardization of clinical service processes
- Direct provincial implementation of clinical programs and initiatives

- Produce reports, briefing materials, plans, and recommendations

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in health, business administration, or related discipline
- Seven to ten years of progressive leadership experience
- Expertise in strategic, operational, and financial planning
- Advanced communication, presentation, coaching, and partnership skills
- Ability to analyze data and monitor performance indicators
