As Shop Manager, you support Lush North America’s retail business and report to the Market Leader. You manage budgets, exceed sales goals, and strengthen customer and staff experiences. Responsabilités clés:

- Develop plans to exceed daily sales goals
- Educate customers and staff on Lush brand values
- Coach teams through development plans and feedback
- Manage budgets, metrics, inventory, and merchandising

Qualifications:

- Three to five years managing in retail
- Strong hiring, scheduling, training, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Solid customer service, supervisory, and sales skills
- Flexible availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends
