Upstaff Employment Services Inc. seeks a Senior Programmer Analyst II for SNB Health Applications. Support the PHAS team by maintaining, enhancing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Client Service Delivery System. Apply systems analysis, database programming, reporting, and enterprise application support experience across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Client Service Delivery System
- Resolve production incidents, errors, and service requests
- Optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures and SQL Server databases
- Develop Java components and Linux batch jobs
- Support releases, testing, documentation, and deployments
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of IM/IT experience
- At least 10 years as a Senior Programmer Analyst
- Five-plus years supporting healthcare applications
- Fifteen-plus years with Oracle and SQL Server
- Onsite availability in Fredericton from December 2026
